Hi,over the years you try things, and hopefully come up with ideas. I take every situation and try and solve it, also by listening to wiser men than myself and listening to them, Ive been very Lucky in that respect. Then you try and evolve. Rubber mimics muscle and joints Feel for movement, why, it is not constant, weights, Metal are. For any sport with movement, its sending the wrong messages to the Sympathetic Nervous System, also tightens Tendons. With the Woodybands and other things, I find them great for what I call Body maintainance, Stretching and Muscle Correction. If muscles are not performing as they should niether are the Joints, causing Trauma, Stress. Idea is in any action to beat Gravity, with as little impact as possible to the Spine, which gets more than you think, because of the Head, and where the Body is Taking it. one Joint not working as it should, make the top 6 vertabrea work overtime to compensate. Thats it for now
