Nathan Cleverly will be a legit champion next for us.

Nathan is a fighter that will be a good solid champion as a young lad he was a good boxer and I can only see him getting better.

    I think Kell Brook too

we really need someone over here to make an impact and gear the UK fans up again (Khan ain't doing it). Maybe a Brook - Khan heading towards a Brook v Khan showdown is just what we need.

I don't rate Cleverly and though Fury's campaign will be fun I can't see him doing it at world level (though I hope he does)
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate

Kell Brook could be something really special. His progression has been steady and his improvement is a sure pointer towards unfulfilled potential. I like the way he has absorbed the stylistic approaches of his many influences and then spun those fighters moves into a new bespoke set of his own moves. He can adapt and change in fights and just needs some real tests, in his last two fights he stepped up a gear and all and more than was required, long may he continue. A bit further down the line Scott Quigg is also looking to have real pedigree, his defence is very good, he looks huge at his chosen weight and he has really upped his aggressiveness under his new trainer. He has continued to adapt and learn and this will stand him in good stead as he steps up thru the levels. If Cleverly can learn to fight going backwards a bit more proficiently and tighten his defence he can add to his world honours and possibly unify in the future. He is a smart kid with a pretty good chin but needs to learn he cannot outhussle everyone he meets and give people free shots leaving his chin hanging out. character0193.gif
