Yea, but I don't think you can say that about Hearns in the first place... He was not kill or be killed as suggested.. It's not as if Hearns or Sugar Ray were going for the KO early, and it wasn't a matter of who got to the other first whatsoever... All that fight proves for me is that Hearns had VASTLY underrated boxing skills, and wasn't nearly a one dimensional fighter like some ppl think... He was putting a serious whipping on SRL for over 12 rounds, and he displayed amazing well rounded talent and skill. It drives me nuts that people compare him to Vargas because they lost their biggest fights... Hearns was 10X the fighter that Vargas was, Hagler and SRL were much better fighters than Oscar or Trinidad... And Vargas only gave one great performance, against Tito...
