Most linguists would take issue with the argument that god in one of his typically annoying acts decided to divide everybody through language. And I'm sure tens of millions of language learners around the world must be ruing the time when god decided to impose lexical and grammatical barriers upon their future employment prospects. What a total bastard.

People at a stage chose to think and relate with mind and chose to outweigh things of the heart and feeling.

Prior to that people needed to not speak very much, the analytical mind and things of material gain including knowledge from two sides outweighed most people; then languages came in support of it.

It isnt a doing it is an allowance in direction.

These people who believe God has your controls are not really on his side they cast people against the truth, which well serves theirs and your choices.

It is all about evolution. The truth is that early man simply had smaller and less equipped brains and thus had no need for complicated language functions. Over time the ability to formulate more complex lexical patterns developed and thus the communicative man was gradually brought to life. Clearly there were far fewer people spread out over large distances many thousands of years ago and so language function developed differently in different places. It was only natural that the Japanese evolved their own language and how in Europe a variety of languages was allowed to flourish. It has nothing to do with god and has nothing to do with my choices. It is just about evolution and an acceptance of the way in which language develops. It is an ever evolving process. Shakespeare would probably find us all quite odd.

Language has nothing to do with an outweighing of mind and feeling. Language IS an articulation of mind and feeling. It is about survival and to survive today you need good language skills, but that doesn't mean you have any deprivation of heart nor mind. It is language itself which documents our incredible capacity to feel and display love and compassion, but obviously there is the other side of the coin as there likely was with early man too. Early man was no more about mind or feeling than modern man, most probably much less so due to the lack of law and an over reliance upon the grunt as the means of a chat up line.
