During my days at ESB, I really thought this Charlie character was putting up an act for attention but no.. The guy has serious problems, mentally.. He was one of those special ed students back in grade school and once i realized that, it wasn't so funny anymore..

We should stop bagging on this poor chap.. He can't help it that he's daft..

I actually give him props for managing to get a sparring session with Floyd.. Gotta respect his enthusiasm.
