I see nothing great about that. I hate attacking a dead man, but he just seems incredibly tacky and had no real skills nor anything to say.

True and I actually have nothing against Saville who was probably an alright fellow, but I just don't understand the platitudes. Just a minor celeb who died. He is no different to Anne Diamond in that regard, probably a lovely person, but has made no real difference. I always regard difference as producing or creating something and raising money for charity is quite easy if you are a minor celebrity.

If he had made a classic album or made a speech I would care, but he has never done any of that.
