Did you see Marquezs face? He was black and blue.. Manny got cut from a head butt and wasn't as swole up as Marquez.. Clearly Manny landed the more effective power shots...Here's the problem with basing a fight argument on compubox. First off, have you ever watched Olympic scoring and saw live the errors/favortism when they have to score the punches landed? Compubox is even worse you just get the final tally at the end of the round and fight. You don't see the count as the actual punches are suppse to be landing. Secondly, the amount of punches landed in the fight could have been dispersed in bunches and not necessarily consistent throughout the fight. This is necessary to win more rounds. Also, compubox doesn't account for how hard or effective those punches were. A power right hand mostly whiffing while grazing the target is still counted as a landed power punch and account for the same value as a devasting power shot that buckles or turns the opponent. Watching the fight itself is what gets the job done not reading it on paper. What? Manny Landed more punches and Power punches. Check Compubox sucka! To be the man you have to beat the man! Marquez didn't deserve to win.. He could have yes had he pressed the fight.. This was not one of Manny's bet showings but he still won.. Bring on D-Bag Gayweather!I'm sure some of the people who wanted Pac to win will play this out to be a close fight and understandable decision. I just want to know where the logical case is for Pac in this fight. The first 2 fights I always kept my mouth closed because they realistically could have went to either fighter so it gives the judges a lot of discretion. No robbery in those. But this fight JMM clearly outboxed Pac and had him whiffing and frustrated. Even Roach told Pac he was behind. Can even the biggest Pac boy agree/lie with Pac winning 8 rounds? Well, in the end we'll get our usual arguments and the people who saw Pac winning will keep their stance and while this time JMM really did get robbed and has a right to place one of those shirts on Pac, Roach, Arum, and the rest of the team. Tonight boxing proved it really is business before anything.
