Admittedly opponents are starting to wise up and make Manny chase them down, but Manny seems unable to adapt and his body appears to be breaking down. Once again he is complaining about cramps. The blueprint first implemented by Morales is being implemented by others and Marquez appears to have mastered it.

Floyd would slow Manny down and keep him at bay with his potshots. Floyd has underestimated power and would make Manny hesitant to throw. I would have picked the Manny that beat Cotto to give a pick 'em fight, but I think Manny is slipping. This is the juncture when his powers start to wane.
I think it's more to do with styles making fights than anything else. Marquez has always given him hell.

Both Cotto and Hatton opened up against Pacquaio and got taken apart. They both walked on to shots and in turn this made Pacquiao's punch power look sensational. Against more cautious fighters, Pacquiao's power has looked ordinary..
