Well, I would assume that people who watch reality shows are most likely to be sofa dwelling, overweight, numbskulls who read Heat magazine. I could be wrong, but knowing the demographics of the UK I am most likely correct.

Now all I am asking for is a little bit of scientific evidence as my assumptions could very well be very correct.
