True statement. Pernell Whitaker won at least 9 rounds of that fight IMO 10. If you are a hard corps Whitaker fan then 11 but the fight was no where even close, and Meldric Taylor was putting on a boxing clinic with Chavez but a bogus ref and poor info from his corner allowed Chavez to steal a victory, I would see PBF winning this fight, he is a mixture of Pernell (defense not as good but solid) and Meldric (not as fast but very close).
