To be honest I don't see why vitali or wlad shouldn't be number 3 as they dominant especially vitali.

While they have been dominant there level of competition is still weak considering who the other guys on my list have beaten.

But they have cleaned the division as its not down to them there is no competition

I know the talent in their weight class isn't their fault but it has to be taken into account when rating them P4P. I have Wladimir at 9 and Vitali just falls short on my list so i'm not completely ignoring them.

Could wlad be higher maybe for the amount of belts he holds??
