When we got in 7 years ago we got 5.25%, now they're at about 4.25% too bad we are so far upside down or we would refinance no question.

Very similar to over here. Our Base Rate is 0.5%, so lucky people (like me) that took out mortgages on Tracker rates just before the interest rates plummeted are paying fuck all. I only pay 1.19% on half of my mortgage (ported it across from old house) I'm paying 3.38% on a fixed rate for the balalnce that I took out on teh new property.

I just bought a home! A real shit hole to date but I am working on it.

It came with eight acres, so it will be nice to have the land.

Killer everywhere I went in AZ people had rocks instead of grass. Anyway my house pretty much looks like this.

You were closer to Tucson right? There are some cities that make having grass in the front illegal (because of the obvious long term drought conditions) Tucson and Apache Junction are definitely in that category.

That's a picture of my apartment complex from the outside. I don't really have pictures on what my actual apartment looks like but if you really care that much, you can google the place cause each apartment looks exactly the same, just without my stuff in it.

The wife and I have been house hunting for about a year now and we honestly can't pick a place. I guess we're being really picky.
