I'm probably not the best person to give advice, but in your shoes I would now be eyeing up potential alternatives, idieally some girl who is already in a relationship, not unhappy enough to leave, but miserable enough to want to fuck me.

I'd set that up and say goodbye to the nagging girl, then enjoy a few weeks with the fill in bird until I found somebody else to replace her with once her guilt got too much for her.

Actually your ex might by then be available for that role and you can take her back, but now with you holding all the cards and her relegated to the role of fuck buddy. Then it's no longer your obligation to console her on the phone.

Top advice except for the go for a bird in a relatonship.If Canada is anything like here these days and you cant fight, dont like duells or digging your own grave with strange men surrounding you, I wouldnt. Plenty of fast fucks online if thats what you wish for.

Seriously though you need to decide if the neediness/trust issues is a deal breaker. If so then an ultimatum is in order. My old lady used to have some similar tendencies. It took a while but after several conversations about how important it was to me that she trust me and that I had never done anything not to have earned that trust along with mentioning how unattractive her behavior was she got the point. For the most part at least. When she gets drunk it still comes out a little but hey you win some and lose some.
