I don't know about Canada's sports interests, but any sporting goods store that sells Nikes sells heavybags here in USA.
You guys probably have hockey skates in every store, as we don't.

I spent $75 for a 75lbs Everlast heavybag about 10 years ago.
It is still working fine, even after being outside in the weather & experiencing the changes of the seasons.
It is a fukking heavy heavybag, but it works.
