Elifts (I think) are sets of weight lifting exercises where the amount of repetitions pyramids negativly (eg 10,8,6... what ever)

Plyometrics are exercises that are performed with an explosive movement to increase power (a combination of speed and strength) a good example would be Burpees or Clap press ups.
elifts are lifts where you only use about 60% of your one rep max, and you move the load as fast as possible to 95% extension. I like decreasing weight with every set because you can move the load faster and faster until you're using basically all fast twitchies. the e = explosive. a clap push up is an example of both a light elift and a plyo.

a lot of plyo experts claim that all you need is your body weight and a medicine ball. I agree.
