The thing is he did not mark up like Chevaz and Duran great skin. Also he threw more punches, was more accurate and better skilled than Murray. Rios could live at light welter with the best.
all the guys I mentioned will outbox him, Rios gets hit too often and other than leaning in and landing short uppercuts he doesn't really bring anything out of this world in technical ability, he's going to be giving up one of his biggest advantages at 135 which is his size, the bigger boys won't be bullied around by him and most will hit a lot harder than guys 15 to 20 lbs lighter than him
