To be fair, he was offered a set amount to face an unspecified opponent after the Alexander fight. This was all pre-agreed before he stepped into the ring with Alexander. The set amount was similar to what he would have made facing Khan (slightly less, but similar) so it was probably in Bradley's interest to put the Khan fight on the backburner.

True but why fight Joe Cas? Thats shouldn't even be consider a tune up fight. That fight should have been schedule for 4 rounds.

Bradley is one of my favorite fighters, but I wasn't happy he didn't take the Khan fight even if all he says about the promoter issues are true.

The Cas fight was his first fight with TR. It was a fight to make Bradley look good. Prior to the Alexander fight, there was no debate that the three best in the division were Khan, Bradley and Alexander. Bradley beat Alexander he beat who Khan is now fighting in Lamont Peterson. So, before the fall out of the Khan fight, Bradley was the top dog in the division. Bradley had promoter issues but I can't deny that he put business in front of boxing, which all fighters do, but Khan gave him probably the best deal he was going to get fighting him and Bradley didn't take it. Frankly, I believe Khan is a tough styles match up for Bradley. I'm not sure where Bradley goes from here, MM is fighting Alexader at welterweight and he may remain there if he gets the win over Alexander. Khan will move up if he doesn't get a fight with Bradley. That takes most of the big names out of the junior welterweight division. Bradley is too small for welterweight and he doesn't have power at junior welterweight so people would walk through him at welterweight. Rios would be a great fight for Bradley as would Matthysse. Those are his two best options if he doesn't take the Khan fight.
