im only 135-140 pounds and i havent joined a gym yet but should i limit my calories and fat intake. I dont really have any weight to "loose", but im afraid that if i eat to much that i will get fat. What should i do?

if you don't eat enough your body has nothing to make tissues with, how are you going to increase your muscle fibers and energy systems by under eating?

Its not like you are sitting on your arse and eating yourself fat, you are training, which required energy... which is found in your food, also called 'Kcals'
As long as you're training, you're not going to gain any weight.
