It's a shame that on the road to redemption you had to resort to baseless insults of my character. I have called you a racist because you said something racist, but you have said all kinds of base things about me and all of which have no grounding in reality.

If you have any sense of character, then an apology is called for. One can criticise TV and historical manipulation, but to attack another forum poster in the way you have is base and a reflection of your own character. You should apologise to the Filipino's and apologise to me.

Frankly, I agree with some of the things you said because I myself stopped listening to Kpop back in 1994 cuz it started to turn into a joke. But the way you put it, it just sounded like a diss so i just reacted.. No hard feelings Miles..

No, I don't say it just to diss. I just don't like those dramas or music. The Mrs might watch them, but I don't. Each to their own. I criticise pop Idol, but it's not an anti Britain slur. I just don't like it.

Wecan be critical about things without getting defensive on a nationalistic level. Korea has it's great points which I love. It is my home and Koreans are my family, but of course life isn't perfect. I just don't mind pointing those things out sometimes. I am quite outspoken, it's just me.

Anyway, glad to hear that we have a truce as I don't like bickering on a personal level. I like to attack concepts and abstract things like governments rather than fellow posters.
