I'd be pretty shocked if Miami and Chicago weren't the top two teams in the East. New York may be better but not as good as those two. Boston, meh. 3rd or 4th.
I love OKC. Durant, Westbrook, Ibaka, Harden.
It's pretty clear the good teams that haven't had a lot of turnover are ahead of the curve because of the lack of practice/preseason. OKC, Chicago (Rip Hamilton is the only real addition), Miami, etc. Dallas looks like a mess with all the changes but they should be able to work it out to some extent.
