He did beat hsi ex wife, threatened to make her disappear in front of her kids, threatened the kids too and stole by force all of their 3 cell phones. He'll make jail for it, he did plead guilty but as it has been stated, it's more likely that he'll make a month/a month and half and then good bye. At least, he'll get some jail time for what he did and will have a nice criminal case, which means next time he'll make the Mayweather's family tradition he'll be sentenced even more severely.

If is a very loose word, i have a very hard time believing he hit the woman, shed be a handicap, he just knew it would be impossible to fight a kids testimony and therefore serve longer, especially given the fact his rep precedes him, he had good lawyers and they advised it would be better for his career if he plead guilty he would get the shit out of the way, anyone with common sense can make this out. Many boxers have been victims of a bitches scorn its not the first or the last time, and to see people happy is just ridiculous. You don't have to like the guy, but being happy for someone elses misery is a sign of how pityful some people are .

One month this, three months that... Nobody is mentioning the no doubt painful $500 fine he has to endure!

Because what you call misery others might call 'karma'. This shit goes around. A month of 'jail' time and a slap on the wrist fine is hardly balance either...

If he is not guilty then of course its an outrage he has been charged , that would deny boxing fans of good fights.

That is the USA for you, they are not liberals when it comes to the law.
I am usually not in favour of leniency when it comes to violent crime.

Maybe they're bigger fans of not seeing women and children abused than they are of a relatively meaningless sport?

The way our system works for celebs he will probably serve 24 hours and then be a free man due to the jails being over crowded. If not, Pac vs Marquez IV anyone?

Mayweather took the deal for 2 reasons. To get it out the way and cuz it was the best thing for him. A misdemeanor conviction only get him jail time. Felony conviction gets him prison time. Years of it. Taking the deal was the smart thing to do. Cuz if this goes to trial it's about 70-30 he loses. Yes he's Money May. Yes I'm sure he has the best lawyers possible. It won't matter. What happen between him and his ex is pretty much he said, she said. They can deal with her statements. That ain't the problem. Mayweather's problems are his own kids statements. Who have all stated they were afraid. That right there guarantees his loss

With that said I wouldn't put it pass Mayweather to get some kind of work furlough where he'll only have to go to jail on the weekends

I'm fucking overjoyed!!!!!! But yet disappointed that he didn't get the maximum of 18 months. You have a hard time believing he hit the woman? Obviously you don't know Mayweather very well, because if you did, you would know that the piece of shit has been convicted of assaulting women in the past, and those times he was just slapped on the wrist.

I thought for sure he would get off easy again, and to my happy surprise he has to do some time, and I whooped it up at the news.

You're calling us pityful for being happy about this, but you have no problem being disrespectful by calling women bitches.

In some ways U.S. laws are very liberal Master, it just depends who's the judge and how the law is interpreted. The laws also vary from State to State, some states for example, have the death penalty others don't.

I heard Mayweather only got 90 days and can get a couple weeks off for good behavior, that's a slap on wrist if you ask me, for beating on your ex-wife in front of the children they had together.
