As much as I dislike Pavlik, I also feel sorry for the dude. He clearly has serious addiction issues.

I don't dislike Pavlik, I just hate to see anyone with so much going for them fuck their life up. It's like you want to scream at them, what the hell are you doing! This is coming from someone who did a fine job of nearly fucking their own life up in my mid 20's, so I know from first hand experience. The only difference is, I didn't have that much to lose.

He was on an atv playing in the fields, it's not like he was driving a car on public streets, If he hadn't been belligerent he may not have been cited with a dui. Although there are people who have the same charge for driving a riding lawnmower down the street as they drank a beer.

Duis suck but are legit and there for a reason, I've gotten a well deserved one myself in the past, but some of em are just frivelous. Here in ky people have gotten actual duis for riding horses, bicycles, or just sleepin it off in their stationary vehicles...this strikes me as falling into the later category
