Kelly Pavlik arrested for DUI

As much as I dislike Pavlik, I also feel sorry for the dude. He clearly has serious addiction issues.

I don't think there should be leniency for those who drive drunk though.

He was on an atv playing in the fields, it's not like he was driving a car on public streets, If he hadn't been belligerent he may not have been cited with a dui. Although there are people who have the same charge for driving a riding lawnmower down the street as they drank a beer.

"Pavlik, was arrested at his home after a neighbor reported he crashed the ATV into a telephone pole and lamppost."

Sounds a bit frivolous on the cops part, I hope Kelly walks on this one, moves to California and gets a new start.

I understand that it was at his home after the fact, if he wasn't an ass to the cop he probably would not have been cited for a dUI.

Duis suck but are legit and there for a reason, I've gotten a well deserved one myself in the past, but some of em are just frivelous. Here in ky people have gotten actual duis for riding horses, bicycles, or just sleepin it off in their stationary vehicles...this strikes me as falling into the later category
