I went to an elite art university, so I do know about hipsters. But I have to say the chav is probably the most annoying and dangerous sub-human scum from what I've seen of them. Hipsters are mainly pretentious assholes but largely are harmless while chavs can riot and burn down a city and commit murder. I say the chav is much worse.

I dislike both Chavs and Hipsters.

GB is right in pointing out that one is physically more dangerous, but on a mental level I find Hipster thinking to be quite repugnant too.

As Lyle rightly says, why can't they find trousers that fit them? And they should shave more and cut their hair.
