I've not actually fallen out of bed, but I have woken up with cramp in my leg, and while trying to get out of bed to stretch it out I have fallen as both legs lock up.

I also fall regularly when drunk, though not necessarily out of bed.

I never fall out of bed and no matter how drunk I am I always find my way into bed. What kind of adult falls out of his bed? That is downright peculiar.
