The thing with SkySports is that most of us on here, being sports fans have it as standard. It's the whole reason we took Sky in the first place.

So having SkySports is going to happen regardless. Plus for that cash, you get lots of sports, not just a couple of boxing fights.

The thing is and always will be, life before primetime and box nation, we got all these cards on Sky anyway. Now we have to pay extra for them. Sky didn't show the full card (and always seemed to skip the boxers I actually wanted to watch) but watching Tommy Tibbs beat up Wladalov Krakajakov isn't top of the list when it comes to the fights people want to watch anyway.

Warren is laughing his ass off at the blind faith by many hardcore boxing fans. Don't like it? Cancel. Oh no, wait, you can't, your stuck in a contract.

Could be worse though, we could live in the states where we get chaged £50 for a PPV fight.

See that's a big difference over here, The HBO package varies greatly in cost depending on where you live and there's very little in the way of sports on it, just boxing. There are sports shows, like 24/7 which has been used for NASCAR and Hockey now, not just boxing and Real Sports, a documentary on sports anomolies. So for me I'm basically paying for HBO for just the fights that's $12 a month for me ($144 a year) the PPVs are all at least $55 and they had 5 this last year for a total of $275. So watching all of HBO's boxing legally it cost me $419 for 2011. That's a total of 44 fights on 26 cards. That comes out to be $9.52 per fight or $16.11 per card.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

They better pick up some international fights that are on in Jan/Feb otherwise they are taking the piss showing only stuff Sky would have previously shown anyway.

If they DO pick up fights like....

    Rigondeaux v Ramos / Chambers v Lihakovich - Jan 21st

    Chavez Jr v Rubio - Feb 4th

    Povetkin v Huck / Maidana v Alexander - Feb 25th

....then there should be no complaints whatsoever. If they pick none of this up then its total BS cos theres no reason not to

I subscribed in December mainly because of the Cotto fight. I know they have Leon Williams v Shane Mcphilbion 13th Jan, Kevin Mitchell v TBC 10th Feb, Vitali v Chisora 18th Feb, Cleverly 25th Feb. So I thought I will stay with it for a bit longer.
