This fight is never going to be made if Mayweather does not call Arum's bluff. If he comes out firing all cylinders calling Pacquiao now, as he has boldly in the past, assuming Pac won't flinch, then this fight is going to be made. At least that follows logic.
These are elite fighters, by just wanting to settle an issue... set it once and for all, who is best, any promoter with a brain will make this fight. Stand in the way for the mother of all fights means wearing the dunce cap for the rest of eternity.
Simplistic as it sounds tho', it has not been made. Why?
Too many hurdles are put forth, some valid but plenty are of those that are senseless way beyond the bounds of reason.
Arum for his pennies will want to get this wrapped up if not for the freakish nature of negotiating with nonsensical demands. Anyone of renown despite having indefatigable virtues at commerce can surely tire out from a clear cut and identifiable case of an illogical pursuit... This is close to that.
The bait's been on out for too long... be ELITE, both camps, FIGHT!

Common sense tells you that, Floyd Junior needs to do better than a twitter attack, a 50 cent appeal and a not so pressing press release to get this bout with his co-elite fighter, superior, PacMan, made.
The Bob, the main roadblock to this mega fight as claimed by many, is now bobbing! FM Jr. cannot stop now; he has got Top Rank on the ropes. Calling them now... phone in a lifeline... Al Haymon, your official negotiator should do this, easily, one would think, is what it needs to be on the right track! Heck! We know now, what Floyd Jr. wants, he gets! He can even get jail time suspended for crying out loud..and this is but a simple contract.
Why call out someone, then be inflexible to the terms in negotiating? Smell of DUCK.
Makes the "Duck and Quack" talk all the more convincing as to be the more truthful of Floyd Jr's actual intentions as opposed to that of a fight with Manny Pacquiao.
To the uninitiated, Pac represents someone who can potentially take Junior's zero loss away. Paranoid at this thought, so far, Floyd Mayweather Jr. has shown that he now aggressively sells a more sophisticated line of smoke and mirrors... none the less, still bullcrap to a lot of the fans who've grown tired of this charade! And yet, many still buys it... the legion of Junior's fandom are so satisfied with their man, much likened to blind devotees, that they easily buy into his pooh-pooh! Satisfied with his mega fights in the recent past, including the last, the superior demolition of Ortiz, these followers are all but convinced that he is right on and is on pursuit of this fight to the hilt.
However, who is his promoter to engage Top Rank on even terms.. Can this really be done without one especially if he wants guarantees for the largest purse in the history of the sport of boxing?
Logic out, bullshit in!
Grab the bait Floyd Jr., or are you too afraid that it actually is bait!
Go sign and fight!
Too much posturing... silly DUCK!

Has Floyd dropped the olympic style drug testing demand?

Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

Yes, very little indeed, but if you really have grasped and fully understood the premise, or the concept of what I am really trying to get at, it conveys that it is actually Floyd Mayweather Junior the one who is holding up the fight. Floyd Jr. sells bravado well, but in all reality, he is unwilling to get into fighting.
Many words can confuse, I guess, but it was not the intent, it was more the lack of proper education on my part to be concise with words to express simple thoughts. Hardly to my defense is that the language is not my native tongue, nevertheless,... ApologiesHehehe!
Your comment is neither a refutatiion, which I would have preferred, nor an affirmation of the thread's claim... The post therefore is but a personal pooh-talk, like the stuff that your idol spews out to the public every once too often. People have bought in it too much that it becomes fact... to the gullible! Likewise, buying into this charade provides well for the continuity of Floyd Jr's smoke and mirrors show.
Maybe this helps a bit...

Floyd is my idol? OK...lol. When trying to appear intellectual it is important not to create facts from thin air.
That aside, my point is that because you post long, pretentious posts to make relatively few points of substance... you end up less 'pooh pooh' (as you would say) and more 'verbal diarrhea'.
Not confusing, just pretenious.
Any argument with a strong foundation should be simple to say.
