9ER NATION BABY!!
I'm happy for several reasons...
1. I made $150 dollars this weekend.(100 on Denver and 100 on Houston but I lost 50 on Detroit)
1. I made $150 dollars this weekend.
1. I made $150 dollars this weekend.
2. Cowgirls are out
2. Cowgirls are out
3. Cowgirls are out
4. Steelers are out
5. Lions are out
6. Roethlisberger is getting fatter
7. Jerome Simpson is gonna be awesome to watch in the future
8. Tebow keeps shutting people up
9. Bush is sucking ass in Miami
10. THE 9ERS ARE FUCKEN AWESOME AND WILL PREVAIL!!!
11. We have some fucken great match ups this weekend.
12. The Giants have a really good chance at pulling off a win. They played a helluva a game in the regular season. (It's been reported that the Offensive coordinators son of the Packers has been missing. I'm not happy about this bit just reporting it as I think it will def. have an effect on the their performance if he is not at the game.)
I'm sad for several reasons...
1. No more Vick 'til next season. All shit aside he's fucken exciting to watch when he's on.
2. The Ravens have the easiest matchup (I'm more mad than actually sad at this)
3. No more Jerome Simpson
4. From the top seed teams the 9ers have the toughest matchup (But winning will only show that we mean business)
5. From the top seed the Patriots have the easiest road to the Super Bowl
I think it will all depend on how well we cover the passing game.
We will need the 9er safetys & corners to stay focused and just be on one.
We need to make it physical and just pound Brees. If we can make him second guess his throws he will make mistakes and our defense sure as hell knows how to capatilize on that. I'm not too worried about stopping the rushing game, we've done well in that department. It's the insane long pass game that the Saints have that has me thinking.
The Saints defense lacks major shit so we will need to be at our best and convert! convert! convert! we do well and once we're in the red we just can't seem to convert.
I've got $200 dollars on the 9ersand I'm tempted to put money on the Broncos & Giants just need to decide how much I wanna put on the games...
I hear ya. If I was, I'd probably be caught up in that love-hate relationship. I do, however, have a pretty healthy loathing for the Dallas Cowboys. But that goes back to when they were calling themselves "America's Team". That, and their annoying little choreographed and synchronized 3-point stance on offense. Also, their joke about why their previous stadium had a hole in the roof. Hell... I could go on and on. Used to be that any team that beat the crap out of the Cowboys was ok in my book.
But going back to Cleveland, I admire you Browns fans. It takes some perseverance to remain faithful after the disappointments you've had over the years (The Drive, The Fumble, etc). Tell you what... aside from the Steelers, I wouldn't want anyone else but the Browns to win the division.

Yes, us Browns fans thrive on disappointment year after year.
We may suck, but we have the most dedicated & loyal fans around. Even though we've sucked for years, we still sellout every home game, and after we've had our hearts ripped out every season, we can't wait till it starts all over again.
And you haven't had a proper football experience until you've watched a game from The Dawg Pound. That's where I sit when I go, and it's insane.
Here's my picks for this weekend's playoffs. And I hate to say it, but I think TT has gone as far as he can, for this year at least.
New Orleans to be San Francisco by 12
New England to beat Denver by 20
Baltimore to beat Houston by 7
Green Bay to beat the Giants by 10
Hell THAT was a brutal ass game. Early turnovers killed em but both teams beat the piss outta each other until the end. Heartbreaker...big time. There are some seriously drunk and angry people walking around these streets tonight. Fuck!
So far my prediction for an all Harbaugh Super Bowl is looking very good.
