Pac should fight the winner of Ortiz vs Berto II

First they want Cotto.

Now they want Bradly.

Meanwhile we are discussing Pac fighting the Ortiz vs Berto II winner...., etc

Are there or where there even negotiations underway for Pac vs Floyd?
What happened? Why is there no news about that Pac fighting X, Y, and Z like some kind of consolation prize?

i think the reason they want Bradly would be because Mayweather just fought a young fighter in or nearing his prime. So it makes sense that Team Pacquiao would like to talk on a younger hungrier opponent in their next fight.
