while I would be hard pressed to go against Lewis(he always seemed to come back and destroy those that beat him, the sign of a great champ) I think on this one I would have to say Vitali.....he was becoming the dominant HW....then the knee injury....damn.....well at least we have his brother....

but for lennox who was 37-38? and getting chunky ....it was very lucky and glorious to have a TKO win over someone like Vitali klitschko ..in the end he did cut the mans face open,but anyway it was clear in the fight i think that klitschko was doing better i think

That's a tough call...Vitali was hitting his stride around then, but I think Lewis would have come into a rematch more focused. That would have made for one hell of a fight.

In retrospect, I think Lewis/V. Klitschko was the last exciting heavyweight fight I've seen!

I don't think Lewis was in good shape for the first fight even for his age... I am sureh e wouldn't make that mistake for the second fight, and IMO takes it maybe even by KO he was faster, stronger, and more skilled than Vitali.

Vitali couldnt last 6 rounds against Lewis at his worst so a rematch would have much much easier and quicker for Lennox
