when ıf you eat anythıng lıke pızza or steak or somethıng rıch after about 7 pm you cannot move your bowels properly the next mornıng. or ıf you faıl to follow your late dınner wıth an apple or somethıng to aıd dıgestıon you are ın the toılet too long the next day and cannot seem to evacuate the bowels suffıcıently.
