I'm a chubby boxer and I NEVER had a six pack... I've gotten lean enough for a sparring bout and kinda saw the outline of a chubby 4 pack ab(the bottom two never developed)...but its crooked and I started eating after the bout was over and got chubby again and lost the four pack outline...it's so difficult to maintain a six pack for the guys who do have it naturally...I tip my hat to them...hard work and diet is key. I'll take any advice for developing a six pack ab from anyone... I'm not sure if my body has one, but I've seen an outline of a possible one so I'll keep trying :-) I hope to read more advice for developing a six pack abs on here...Cruiser
