just 2 days to go now and i actually feel very relaxed, i was more nervous a week or so ago but havent really felt it too much since

i had 2 good nights sleep last 2 nights and havent really thought about it that much

a week ago i couldnt get it out of my head

at the gym tonight for the last time, will do a bit on the bags and on the pads and then down to my non boxing gym and do some time on the treadmill, maybe swim a few lengths, sauna jacuzzi

but generally take it easy dont go too mad
