The same as most. Keys for home and car, wallet with cards and cash etc, maybe some tissue if I'm sniffy, lip balm (-15'C today!). Nothing out the usual.

Yea suffer from mild asthma. Generally only need it once a day, mainly in the morning, or when physical activity gets a bit much
