Some Clients/ Customers are just mental

I used (what turns out to be) his email address in all contact with them both last year. I sent a fairly generic email to that address in which he answered my question on behalf of his wife and him.

Me and him then carried on discussing his side of things, then out of the blue, BANG, complaint comes in.

that right there covers you... and yeah almost on a daily basis i wonder how alot of people get through life.

is it's the same email addy for both of them & she read something meant for him then you're cleared..as long as you kept the emails friendly & professional.

What in particular is she bitching about?
