It is his email address, she has a seperate one.

In a nutshell, I got a letter from an insurance company to say she had cancelled a policy I had sold to her.

I called and left a message and also sent an email simply saying: got a letter, was it in error or did you actually cancel it? (sent to his email)

He replies she cancelled it because they offered her a better deal direct (that's a different bastard of a story)

I tell him she should have come to me and I would have tried to shave a bit off for her.

He asks if I can do that for his as his wife is putting him under pressure to get the payments down a little.

I tell him I'll do all I can.

I do find a policy which is cheaper for him and is all round better cover.

She complains.

Nothing in it. I'm guessing they are the sort of couple who keep everything seperate, especially money and she didn't want him to know she had cancelled her life insurance. Afterall, why would she give a shit? It's not as if she gets any money if she dies. She'd be dead.

He was probably pissed off that she was being selfish, they had a row, in a rage she blames me for dropping her in it and complains.
