No not really, title fights are 36 mins every 3 mins you get 1 mins rest after every round. You should run or train accordingly, one of my favorite ways is phartlec with a whistle on the track. But you have to know your athlete be it a Boxer Runner or triathlete or whatever. The rest period is down to you, plus the specifics you reqiure. If you can get a heart monitor attached to a phone youve cracked it, then you can monitor every move they make. when to pushit and when not to.
