As far as im aware it is a 5rd fight, with it being for the interim title also, this would lend to the fact it's a 5rd fight

It was close but I had it 3 rounds to 2 for Condit. The first round was pretty tight but I gave it to Carlos for the leg kicks. I thought Nick landed the better shots in 2 and 3. Condit started putting really good combos together in 4. I had Condit ahead in the last round. The take down by Nick made it interesting but it was a little too late. I give big props to Carlos. He showed some great foot work and mixed up the striking. Nick never could really get in a rythm. I'd still lean towards GSP to win but Condit showed he can adapt and come with a good gameplan. Hopefully Nick doesn't quit. There are still some good fights for him at 170 and with a couple more wins he coul rematch Condit or fight GSP.

I had to 5-0 for Condit. Nick Diaz was only landing minimal punches and was missing head kicks and basically just trying to piss condit off enough to brawl with him which didnt happen. Walking forward and calling a guy on doesnt get points from me, effective agression and movement does.

It was a very subjective fight, the is plenty giving the fight to Diaz, but personally I had Condit as the clear winner. He done what I expected Cerrone would of done against Nate Diaz. He used the leg kicks to keep the distance between them, and ya could see the frustration in Diaz. Although Nick kept moving forward and did had limited success with his striking it wasnt enough for me to win any of the rounds conclusivley.

I was also suprised that he didnt go for more takedowns. He showed in the last minute of the last round that he had that better ground game, almost getting the submission.

How good is Roy Nelson's chin by the way? that bloke has a head made of granite!
I think he should shed a few more pounds and make a run at the LHW division. He would make a greater impact there than the HW's IMO.

Did anyone see any of the prelim fights? The was a kid, well he's 27, called Stephen 'Wonderboy' Thompson making his UFC debut, If ya havent seen anything about him check him out!
Finished his opponent with a wicked punch kick combo! Apparently he hasnt lost a fight since he was 10yr old His kickboxing record is 57-0, Karate record of 64-0 and his MMA record 6-0, he's touted as the most accomplished striker in MMA today! Has a decorated Kickboxing record and held world titles. In 2006 Stephen was the #1 ranked fighter in Chuck Norris’ World Combat League. Check him out !

I saw the prelims and I saw the wonderboy land that spectacular head kick. The other guy never saw it coming.

Wonderboy keeps his hands very low due to his karate stance. Its a wonder someone doesn't close the distance on him and step in with a good left hook right hand combo. That'd be my strategy. But easier said then done.

His opponent just stood outside and got picked apart til the KO occurred.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
