When my son was younger I used to train him, he started boxing at 11 he is now coming up to 21,the other day he said dad do you fancy sparing.
I said yes why not bear in mind the last time he was14 and now he is a 6 4 HW 16 stone plus, what the fuck was I thinking.
Any how I am pleased to say he did not kill me, as I stood there I could get hurt here and I was right he hit me with 2 jab's.
I said no more take me on the pad's ok then I can't get hurt doing that wrong I have to report both my shoulder's are killing me, My come back to training was short lived, have I still got it no not at all.!

Yes I should no better I still think he's a boy,how wrong I was still think I am 18 not 52 , one thing being
a old bastard I am retired, OO it still hurt's the nose and shoulder's thank god for pain killer's.

Thank's bud, but I think I put my brain's in the bucket that day I used to in joy training my son and other's
but HW are to much for me. the pad work to much for my shoulders, I think I will just carry on watching
it's a great sport to be involved in.!

All I can say if you got some spare time on your hand's get involved in boxing,you meet some good
people and a bonus you may in joy yourself. I no I DID.!
