This is a lose-lose situation for Canelo, I'm rootin for Shane on this one.

I'm thinking that perhaps team Alvarez may be underestimating Mosley a bit, believing him to be shot. The idea being to pick up a relatively easy win over a "big name" opponent. Shane always does well against Mexicans, so we shall see, Canelo could be in for a shock.
Should be a great night of boxing, i'm looking forward to it.

I don't think its bad but feel Mosley is being thrown in with a wink & a nod to take one for the company and put the new kid on the mapI actually think if he objects, he can pull the "upset" however but who knows with him anymore. His mentality waned and eased vs Mayweather and Manny, badly. Both of whom are light years above Canelo in championship-real world experience. Canelo has touched nothing remotely close to them, or a spent Shane Mosley for that mater. Coin flip honestly for me. On a side note is there any truth to the rumor they are billing this card Three men & a baby

Lets hope for some solid fisticuffs!

If canlo does decide to square up, i still see him walking through alot of his punches. Like you said he's going to have 30 pounds on him come fight night. Canelo is a easy guy to hit, but he's going to keep coming all night. Shane looked completely gassed in the later rounds in his last couple fights.
