Williams is fearless and just takes on the best, you have got to admire that.

This is an awfully odd context in which to make that comment. He should be giving Lara a rematch from that robbery. I'm rooting against him because of that, though I'm firmly in the "Kirkland fight was a total fluke" camp and think Williams probably wins easily on his usual semi-sloppy volume punching.

I'm a big Tall Paul fan, but I agree, it's not like Ishida is the avoided type of fighter that Williams has fought in the past.

Spicoli, I guess you may be right. Williams is ranked #3 and Ishida is ranked #2. Mundine is the international champ and is ranked #1. Trout holds the WBA belt at 154. Absolutley. Haven't had a sig in a long time, fun stuff. Whatever you like time wise....well I'm just wondering for a 'opponent' HBO turned down previously why pick match now? I don't know where these guys are ranked in the alphabet soup groups?

Normally i'd agree, but Williams has looked like shit in his last couple fights, so we shall see grasshopper.

I like Williams over Ishida. I think he'll outwork him over the distance.

In the other fight, I wouldn't sleep on Campillo. He has a style that "could" cause some trouble for Cloud. I still like Tavoris to come away with the W...but Campillo is a live dog IMO.

Campillo is a Spanish pug, (actually from Spain) other than winning the WBA Light Heavyweight Title from Beibut Shumenov, (and then losing it to the same guy) his record isn't too remarkable. Campillo lacks power, only 8 KO's in 26 Pro fights, which isn't a good thing against a guy like Cloud. Hopefully however, we'll get to see a competitive fight, although I wouldn't mind seeing Tavoris make a statement and flatten this dude.

It should be mentioned that Campillo was robbed against Shumenov in that second fight and robbed in the draw against Murat. His record isn't too remarkable, but either is Cloud's really. This is a good test for Cloud. At least it's as good of a test as anyone on his record besides maybe Glen Johnson. If Cloud smashes through Campillo, he solidifies himself as the wrecking ball in the division.

lol.. Yea, I dont think Williams is taking a big chance here cuz I dont see Ishida as any kind of threat..
