Benn was at times rocked and hurt by not so huge bangers to start he can't be considered "ferocious"

even though he was trying to rip off heads and shate down necks early on!

Definitely Rios. Kirkland did a nice job in his fight with Alfredo, but watching a zombie-like weight drained Rios pound the shit out of a well trained guy who could have done nothing to save himself was a wake up call for me.

Still makes Benn ferocious, every punch was aimed to take you apart.

Peterson looked pretty ferocious in the ring against Khan.

These guys are not vicious, they are pussy cats.

Thats what I'm saying bud. Early on and in spots Benn was dropped and hurt by non lethal hitters, Logan, Galvano, Dewitt etc. He was the epitome of fearless and got up exactly like he went down...hard!! Any fighter can be hurt at any time...any! Kirkland is not on his way to accomplishing what Benn had nor even start to box as Nigel had late in career but he's a cyclone. Fast & straight is Kirklands downfall but he unlike Rios has been at least ferocious enough in the gym and the ring to not lose his championship on the scales and come in zombie walking his way through, as mentioned before. I think the way these guys take shots is telling...Kirkland gets dinged and "short circuits" for a sec. Its like he's completely aware but he's sparking and legs say hell no, then he seems to bounce back and is still pitching. Rios absorbs and soaks it up, Antillion hurt his body, Acosta made him sag but it's like slowly chipping away at a wall. He reminds me of a guy who's chin suddenly goes one night, hasn't had to learn a backfoot and that'll be it.

Mike tyson will always win the most ferocious! No one in history bit of someones ear in the ring!
Jack dempsey, sonny liston and possibly ketchel can all fight for 2nd place!
