Actually your rant on health care is pretty relevant to me as I recently came across this article and watched Panorama's recent 'Poor America' documentary. Both are pretty damning on what appears to be a free for all for big business, but tens of millions appear to have been dumped under a bus.

I found it particularly awful seeing a low paid late middle aged man choose not to bother with potentially life saving surgery as he feared the costs.

That's a terrible system and deserves a healthy dose of ranting (or unhealthy depending upon your economic status).
