The fight was not hype and genuine but it does damages the image of boxing as some people see it as just one step away from a street fight. The fighters should be punished but not banned for life. I know incidents like this have happened before but does not mean it should carry on.
Boxing should be about promoting discipline, hard work and provides opportunity for some people that they would not normally have. All the positive work Chisora did in the fight has been missed because of his antics.
