Bruno was awesome. He was likeable and came to fight. I really enjoyed watching him as a kid. An honest pro who would just fight. He didn't always win, but it was what it was. You compare him with someone like David Haye and it is night and day. Haye doesn't fight, just talks and then when he loses is all about excuses. What a joke. British boxing could do with more people like Frank Bruno.

Met him once when doing the Great North Run, I was only 11, he was huge, shoulders like cannon balls !
