Missy what do you think of Paul Vunak? I was at class on Sunday and we got talking about his R.A.T (rapid assault tactics) tape where he just goes for a straight blast.Then once the other person is open come in with knee's elbows and headbutts. it sounds a lot like the combatives class i do but i concentrate on one shot KO pre-emptive shots then follow up with knees and elbows if my primary shot fails. Basically its all about hitting until there is F*** all to hit. Combatives is a one sided beating thats what its all about.

I googled Paul and some of the marketing shyte associated with him is terrible

I might buy one of his dvd's off ebay just to see if i can take anything from it. Reading his stuff though it does sound as combative as it can get.
