back in the day... I watched some of his stick work, very sloppy, hand grip was open, twirled it after every move etc, one hit and the stick would go flying. Personally I think their IS some good content but there's plenty of LA style over content going on.
I like that he wrote about people thinking they've got the ranges covered for example if you think you can box go spar with a boxer, they'll show you hands, think you can knee/kick go spar with a MT fighter etc, that sort of thing....that's all good except in terms of street fights most folk aren't trained and that's where you and him overlap. It's still about hitting and keep on hitting till they quit or you can get away.



loads of the jkd family have split and gone down what path they think fit. Some folk teach MA and call it jkd concepts if that's right then the ulitmate would be to get a gun and shoot the first person who gives you lip.
