tag test thread

This is silly and confusing, I hate change.

I had 5 links and I clicked one to read it which was Matty telling me about the Football and when I went back into setting the other ones were gone.

Wow, we have a tag meter too!?!? I sure wonder what @Kev will think of this. Will @Kev appreciate this newfangled idea? Or will @Kev be put out with it and say something to the extent of "@Kev does not appreciate it when @Kev is put in any post regardless of the issue. @Kev is most displeased with how many times @Kev has been used on this forum"

Cool new feature I'm on my phone but I don't know how to do on it .

Well first you type up a reply then on the far right hand side of the tool bar (the one right above the writing area) where you can choose fonts, fonts colors etc there's what looks like a little speaker and it says "Mention" when you scroll over it. Now what you do is you take the person you want to tag......say @Kev for example. So you click and then type the name in between the 'wrap'....kind of like if you were to bolb something you'd place the words you want to bold inbetween the [B_] & [/B_] (I used the _ so you could see it).


With all that done you can freely tag anyone for anything....for example

"Lovely day we're having eh @Kev?"

"That was a nice post @Kev"

"Say @Kev did you catch the fight last night?"

"What did you think about that horrible ref @Kev?"

And so on

I see lol it took me a while to figure it out but it still doesnt show that on my phone @El Kabong

Not in settings. Look under "my profile" (upper right side) then look under the last two tabs at the top...

When I click on one of them the rest still disappear. I do not care anyway. This will not last long and is lready being abused on poor @Kev
