Lionel Rose. Aside from in training for a fight mode, I imagine most Aussies ones would be open and nice enough to sit and have a social drink at times.
I imagine most English and Irish ones would too.
Dont know why but aside from the old school fighters I only imagine around 60% of other countries fighters these days would relax or be open like that .
Joe Calzaghe and Barrera would be alright company.

I did in fact have a drink with Johnny Famechon (former Featherweight champion 1969/70) before his accident. He used to call on me in his job as a sales rep for a record company.
He loved a drink, one time in 1986 he spotted Lester Ellis in the store and he exchanged pleasantries and as soon as Ellis left the building Fammo turned to me and said "He wouldn't have laid a glove on me"
Famechon was well up on who was good at the time in boxing, he liked Sanchez and knew Nelson was very good, he liked Camacho who at the time was a very good boxer, fast and with good defensive skills. Famechon is a great bloke.
