He's out for the season with an ankle injury, he's very unlikely to be fit in time for the Euros. Even if he is, his position in the squad wasn't guaranteed anyway so I doubt he'll be selected having been out for 3 months.
I think the squad will look something like this:
GK: Hart, Foster, Carson.
DEF: Johnson, Richards, Ferdinand, Cahill, Jones, Lescott, Cole, Baines.
MID: Parker, Gerrard, Lampard, Wilshere (if he's fit in time), Milner, Walcott, Johnson, Young.
ST: Rooney, Sturridge, Welbeck, Defoe
Personally I'd take Smalling over Jones, Walker over Jonhson, probably Carrick or someone shite over Lampard, Oxlade-Chamberlain instead of Johnson, and someone else instead of Defoe. I'm struggling there though, I can't really think of anyone who's played well enough to warrant it this season, and Bent is injured so he's out. Maybe Grant Holt. He's probably been one of the better performing English strikers this season. That's a bit grim though.
I'm not sure about Terry either. I think whoever is in charge will probably want to take him, but it seems pointless to take the captaincy off him while he has the court case hanging over him if the FA are then going to allow him to be picked in the squad for the Euros anyway. If he does go it'd probably be in place of Lescott.
EDIT: Sod it, I've decided that if I was picking the squad I'd take Cattermole instead of Lampard. And Campbell instead of Defoe. And Wes Brown instead of every other defender. I also think Pearce might be in charge for the Euros, I can't see Redknapp walking straight into the job at the end of the season. I think he'll agree to take over after the tournament.
